· Report to the Senior Vice President of Design to discuss concepts and directions and create line plans.
· Facilitate meetings with the print design team at the onset of each season to establish cohesive design direction, color palettes, and creative strategies.
· Utilize sketching techniques and CAD software to produce detailed CADs, effectively capturing design concepts and translating them into tangible visual representations.
· Source and manage materials from reputable overseas vendors, ensuring timely delivery, superior quality, and adherence to cost targets.
· Establish effective relationships with the VC production team, ensuring that the cost targets set by buyers are met without compromising the brand's unique identity.
· Provide guidance and supervision to assistant designers and design interns, fostering their professional development and creating a collaborative work environment.
· Manage and maintain regular correspondence with the Hong Kong office, ensuring effective communication and coordination between teams.
· Keep track of the Time and Action calendar meticulously to ensure production and shipments adhere to deadlines, minimizing delays and ensuring timely deliveries.
· Work closely with the sales team and buyers, proactively seeking their feedback and identifying opportunities for an exclusive collaboration.

· Supported launch of swim and sleepwear collection to the brand through team effort and coordination as well as managed exclusive projects for Anthropologie, including a small collection of mixed prints and blocked colors.
· Facilitated production decisions by managing buyer/consumer preferences, recoloring prints & patterning and engaging with team members.
· Managed the design process from conception through production hand-off, while woking closely with the production team overseas to create print artwork.
· Improved coordination among production factories in India, China, and Vietnam to manage all aspects of fittings, spec-sheets, lab dips, and budgeting.
· Aligned editorial materials to coincide with new product releases by overseeing and maintaining social media platforms and marketing.
