·    Oversee the creation of each seasonal collection, encompassing an extensive range of 90-100 SKUs per quarter, tailored to the specific needs of the retail stores.

·    Display creativity in designing and launching a highly successful line of shapewear collections picked up by major client Marmaxx (T.J. Maxx & Marshalls).

·    Conduct thorough market, trend, and color research to stay abreast of industry developments, identify emerging trends, and ensure that the design aligns with the brand.

·    Create and present trend presentations to buyers, including Marmaxx, T.K. Maxx, Ross, Macy's Backstage, and Boscovs every quarter, effectively influencing their buying       decisions and securing valuable partnerships.

·    Report to the Senior Vice President of Design to discuss concepts and directions and create line plans.

·    Facilitate meetings with the print design team at the onset of each season to establish cohesive design direction, color palettes, and creative strategies.­­­

·    Utilize sketching techniques and CAD software to produce detailed CADs, effectively capturing design concepts and translating them into tangible visual representations.

·    Source and manage materials from reputable overseas vendors, ensuring timely delivery, superior quality, and adherence to cost targets.

·    Establish effective relationships with the VC production team, ensuring that the cost targets set by buyers are met without compromising the brand's unique identity.

·    Provide guidance and supervision to assistant designers and design interns, fostering their professional development and creating a collaborative work environment.

·    Manage and maintain regular correspondence with the Hong Kong office, ensuring effective communication and coordination between teams.

·    Keep track of the Time and Action calendar meticulously to ensure production and shipments adhere to deadlines, minimizing delays and ensuring timely deliveries.

·    Work closely with the sales team and buyers, proactively seeking their feedback and identifying opportunities for an exclusive collaboration.

• Designed complete seasonal collections for BCBGMAXAZRIA, licensed to IHL Group, from conception to distribution.
• Presented collections to buyers in introductory seasonal meetings and worked to finalize products to be purchased.
• Discussed and personally corresponded with licensors regarding collections designed for them.
• Incorporating large categories from intimates to socks, curating the entire collection, selling under private labels, and reporting to Design Director.
• Conceived and designed a top-selling collection of print-based designs adopted by various stores and licenses across the United States.
• Facilitated and streamlined the full-cycle development process from ideation to creation, including conception, print design/execution, and manufacturing management.
• Partnered with Design Director on seasonal trends by performing extensive research, preparing mock-ups, color-ups, BOMs, and inspirational photos, while attending design meetings and reviews.
• Developed original prints, repeat patterns, and graphics for women’s intimate wear collection, as well as identifying market tendencies every season.

·     Designed color concepts, illustrations, and sketches for two collections that were exhibited at Neiman Marcus Last Call, Century 21, and Stein Mart.

·     Spearheaded production of line-sheets and look-books for each season to facilitate garment sales, while managing a team to curate merchandise and design booklets.

·     Optimized brand sales and increased customer retention by recommending a bi-weekly line-sheet for buyers, offering customer personal service, and delivering quality service.

·     Worked with international vendors to negotiate/finalize pricing, review samples, and communicate feedback & comments.

 ·     Supported launch of swim and sleepwear collection to the brand through team effort and coordination as well as managed exclusive projects for Anthropologie, including a small collection of mixed prints and blocked colors.

·     Facilitated production decisions by managing buyer/consumer preferences, recoloring prints & patterning and engaging with team members.

·     Managed the design process from conception through production hand-off, while woking closely with the production team overseas to create print artwork.

·     Improved coordination among production factories in India, China, and Vietnam to manage all aspects of fittings, spec-sheets, lab dips, and budgeting.

·     Aligned editorial materials to coincide with new product releases by overseeing and maintaining social media platforms and marketing.
